Jeff Waldrop - Pastor
|
The pastor of Mount View is Jeff Waldrop. Jeff began pastoring at Mount View in February of 2007. Jeff comes to us from Hueytown, Alabama. Jeff is married to Jennifer, who is a school teacher in our area. They have two boys; Will and Jonah. Jeff is a graduate of Samford University. Jeff completed his masters degree from New Orleans Seminary in May of 2009. Jeff's philosophy is to simply love God and His people.

Mt. View Baptist welcomes Tyler Jones as our new Youth Pastor. Tyler is married to a godly young lady named Ashley. Tyler and Ashly come to us from Trinity Baptist. Tyler started Seminary this past August. He has a special place in his heart for students and we are very excited about what God has planned for Tyler, Ashley the students of Mt. View Baptist Church.

David Phillips - Music Director
|
David Phillips is the Minister of Music at Mt View Baptist Church. David began his ministry here in March of 2005. He has been in the Music ministry for over 20 years serving a congregations in the Tennessee Valley. David is married to Penny and they have two children, Michael and Christy. Christy is a student at UNA and Michael is a Senior at West Morgan High School. Michael has recently agreed to the Delayed Entry program with the United States Navy, with a departure date of September 4, 2008. David is convinced, there is a place for everyone in the worship and praise of our Lord.
